Ingredients

  • Fish 500 gm


  • Garlic 1 pod


  • Onian 1 meadium


  • Ginger 1 inch


  • Red chilli powder 1 tspn


  • Coriander powder 1 tspn


  • Garam masala 1 tspn


  • Vinegar 1 tspn


  • Oil 6 tspn


  • Salt 2 tspn

Directions

  • Clean fish pieces.
  • Add turmeric powder salt and vinegar. Rub over fish let it marinate for 10 minuets.
  • Grind onian ginger garlic together
  • Add oil in wok . Add ginger garlic paste and fry .
  • Add dry spices. And salt Cook for 2 minuets. Add 1 1/2 cup water . Let it boil . Add fish . Dry mango powder. Cook for 10 minuets.
  • Serve with steamed rice
